Adani Settles US Bribery Case for $18M

Gautam Adani, chairman of the Adani Group, has agreed to pay a total of $293 million to settle allegations of fraud and bribery in the US, bringing an end to a year-long legal saga. The settlement, which does not constitute an admission or denial of wrongdoing, is expected to clear the way for Adani's planned $10 billion investment in the US green sector.
