Anyone else getting this commentator 8-bit mic quality?

I'm watching the 4th Wild vs. Avalanche game on YouTube TV and sometimes at random times, the commentators' mic becomes poor and 8-bit sounding for a second or two. Is it just me or is anybody else getting this too?
