Are the Hurricanes under Brind'Amour the best example in recent memory of a team that almost never plays down to their opponents' level in the playoffs?
Since Brind'Amour took over in 2019, they're 2-4 in series where they entered as the underdog with an 11-19 record in games, and 10-3 in series where they entered as the betting favorite, with a 44-23 record in games. In the series they lost as the fav, one of them (2023 FLA) with hindsight now looks very questionable as to how they probably shouldn't have been considered the fav going into the series with how well Florida did from 2023-2025. Either way, in a sport like hockey that has a ton of parity, this seems like a clinical level of "taking care of business" in series that they probably should win. There's really no playing down to the level of their opponent whatsoever across a sample of 8 years now under Brind'Amour.
Who are some other examples of teams (either current or in the past) that have this level of efficiency in series that they should probably win?

2020 1st Round vs. BOS: Lost 4-1
2021 2nd Round vs. TBL: Lost 4-1
2025 Conference Finals vs. FLA: Lost 4-1
Series where they were the fav:
2020 Preliminary Round vs. NYR: Won 3-0
2021 1st Round vs. NSH: Won 4-2
2022 1st Round vs. BOS: Won 4-3
2022 2nd Round vs. NYR: Lost 4-3
2023 1st Round vs. NYI: Won 4-2
2023 2nd Round vs. NJD: Won 4-1
2023 Conference Finals vs. FLA: Lost 4-0
2024 1st Round vs. NYI: Won 4-1
2024 2nd Round vs. NYR: Lost 4-2
