Does anyone else find this weird and inappropriate?
So, our daughter is in Grade 4 and is starting to learn about puberty in class. Yesterday, students were sent home with questionnaire to fill out, in which they're supposed to ask their parents at what age they started puberty, when they got their first period, and a bunch of other puberty-related questions. My partner and I thought it was a bit weird, but what's even more weird is that the teacher wants the students to hand these questionnaires in for her to assess. Like, I understand asking the questions and us signing off that she did it, but my partner and I both think it's inappropriate that the teacher wants to read these questionnaires, and know our personal business. Does anyone else find that really weird?
