Feds say Ebola outbreak means they can't bring back NJ-bound woman deported to Congo

ICE was ordered by a federal judge last week to bring Adriana Zapata back to the U.S. after deporting her to the DRC a month ago. Zapata was first detained in 2024, after she was fleeing torture in Colombia and trying to get to family in North Bergen.
Now ICE says it can't bring Zapata back, despite the court order, because of public health concerns related to the DRC's Ebola outbreak.
