[Homemade] Crispy Breaded Chicken over Creamy Mac and Cheese

One of the first meals I have made in my new house! just did a super basic baked mac and cheese with cheddar/mozzarella/parmesan and topped it with crispy breaded chicken. honestly way easier than it looks lol. seasoned the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt + pepper and fried the chicken until golden 🙏 ingredients: elbow macaroni, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, milk, butter, flour, panko breadcrumbs, chicken breast/thigh, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper steps: cooked the pasta first, made a quick cheese sauce with butter/flour/milk + cheese, mixed it together. breaded the chicken with egg + seasoned panko then fried until crispy and golden. put it on top and that was basically it lol
