I did it! Central Indiana, $250K, 6.25%

Fresh out of college, landed a WFH job a few months ago and just closed on my first home today. This subreddit helped me a lot throughout the process. All the random posts, interactions, and cross-referencing stuff here and there really made a difference. I probably wouldn’t have felt this confident going into closing without it. The last few days were honestly the most stressful part, the final approval came in yesterday around noon, but before that was just radio silence and "yeah we're working on it." I'm sure many of you know the feeling. But everything came together in the end, though this still doesn't feel real yet. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone here. And if you’re in that “almost there but not quite” stage, hang in there. It really does come together. Happy to answer any questions if it helps.
