My Ex said shes pregnant and sent this as proof, the way the top is fitting and the pregnancy test in its entirety just looks fake to me

Haven't spoke to my ex in like 5ish months then she texts me out of the blue saying says shes pregnant, is 5 months along and that she wants money for the baby shower and to set up the nursey. I was and am highly skeptical cause she told me she had a IUD and also why not tell me earlier on? I asked for proof and I got this, I showed my friends and they think she just snapped a mirror selfie and put a prompt in a generator. They told me to ask in this reddit since they feel people are better at deciphering here. The major thing that stood out to me was her blouse, I mean do they even sell maternity clothes like this? I asked for proof of the ultrasound and she sent that but the first thing that goes through my brain is that could be anyone's ultrasound.. when asking for verification and proof she just gets upset and says shes not feeling well from her pregnancy to either accept it or she'll just approach me with child support. I have no problem with her being pregnant and being a dad its just that this feels random and like another one of her attempts to try to suck me back in. As a disclaimer, please ignore the new account, I was just a reddit lurker without an account for forever but this has me so stressed I had to see what you guys think too
