He’s cutting inefficiencies. • Cutting outside consultants like McKinsey. • Consolidating unused office space leases. • Reducing unused overtime earmarks. He also fought to get the massive gap narrowed between how much NYC gives to Albany in state taxes vs. how much it gets back.
