Strategy CEO Discusses Bitcoin Sales for Dividends

In this video, Fong Lee, CEO of Strategy, discusses a shift in the company's strategy from never selling its Bitcoin holdings to managing them to pay dividends. The company, which holds nearly 4% of Bitcoin's daily trading volume, aims to sell Bitcoin when it's accretive to shareholders, i.e., when the book value is below the market price. Lee assures that the company has sufficient liquidity and financial strength to cover dividends, with a leverage ratio of 10-15% and an amplification factor of 35%. Strategy's core business is performing well, with $500 million in revenue and 11% growth in the first quarter.
