The only seat on the plane with LESS leg room

I have literally never seen this in my entire life. It's a pillar. There's no leg room and nowhere to put my bag. What even is this??? It's the only one on the plane ETA: after I complained, the flight attendant told me if he moved me to a different seat he would have to charge me $100 upgrade for the "Even More (premium)" seats. he then saw me posting this and gave me some extra of the (free) snacks The airline is JetBlue
