Trump has stolen $1.8 billion of OUR TAX DOLLARS, should we stop paying federal taxes to fight his corruption?

Now that Trump has officially extorted $1.8 billion of OUR TAXES for paying people off, should we all stop paying federal taxes? If we don't pay, Trump can't use the money as a weapon against people that disagree with him. I know it may sound crazy, but thats what we're dealing with on a daily basis...crazy.
