I started my weight loss journey using a GLP1 in January 2025. 2-3 months ago I started incorporating workouts 4 days per week. I’m already feeling so much stronger physically and mentally. The scale is not moving as easily, but instead of giving up like I used to.. I have decided to lock in and start counting calories to push through it. These last 20lbs won’t break me. 🩷
