Eating one Meal a day walking 5 miles and Keto 171 pounds lost in 8 months!
M/36 starting weight 526.6 weight now 354.8 That's 171.8 pounds gone in 8 months. And I still got 130 ibs left but I'm still proud of what I did so far. It's been fun documenting this on tik tok so far. All support on my journey will be appreciated.
