LPT:If you've been going to the gym for months with no results, the problem is almost certainly in the kitchen, not the workout.

I was skinny for years and couldn't figure out why the gym wasn't working. Turns out I was barely eating enough to function, let alone build muscle. What actually changed things wasn't a new program or more reps it was meal prepping. Having food ready meant I was consistently hitting my calories instead of just forgetting to eat or grabbing whatever was around. Your body can't build what you're not feeding it. Sort the food first, then the gym will actually do something.
