Officially done losing weight :)

Officially done losing weight :)
After losing ~30 lbs in a year or so (160 -> 130 lbs), I have decided to deprioritize cutting any further + focus on building muscle instead. I initially started my weight loss journey by calorie cycling (averaging ~1400 calories a day). I continued lifting 5x a week (and hit at least 100g protein/day) to try to maintain as much muscle/strength as possible, and aimed for 10k steps a day. After about 8 months, I gradually increased my calories to average out to ~1750 calories a day (TDEE is around 1900-2000). I was pretty focused on trying to drop to 125 lbs, but decided against it because I realized the goal post would keep moving; I’d never feel as “lean” as I would want to if I was losing weight at the expense of building muscle. For the past month, I have been focused on body recomp, continuing to lift 5x a week, and aiming for 8k steps a day. My lifts are improving (I got my first chin up EVER last week!) but I know recomp is a slooooow, arduous process. I may consider bulk/cut cycles sometime in the future! *disclaimer that I had been lifting for years in my before photo, but just didn’t give a single crap about nutrition/calorie intake lol
