Officially down 100 pounds as of this morning

I took my first dose on March 27, 2025. I was 319 pounds, the heaviest I had ever been. Due to some health issues and depression I blossomed into a very full figured fellow. Then one day I decided I had enough of the pains in my knees, the buying of XXXL shirts and being winded just by walking to the bathroom. Only 25 pounds to go before I achieve my goal. The lesson I’ve learned over the past year are truly life changing. I wish everyone continued success on their journey.
